Audits

If we have not started your audit, you can ask for a full refund. Once the report is delivered, refunds are at our discretion.

Fix packs

If we cannot complete the work described in the pack, we refund the unfinished part. [Exact terms to be confirmed.]

Monthly care

Cancel any time before the next billing date and you will not be charged again. We do not refund part months.
